Definitely combined with the Woolpower LITE or Ulfrotté 200 base layer, your body heat is fully isolated. The Long Johns 400 for men is available in several colours and sizes.

The Long Johns 400 may be washed up to 60 degrees Celsius and can be put in the dryer!
