Hoyt Torrex XT Compound Bow

The Hoyt Torrex XT is made with durability, shootability and affordability in mind. This bow is easy to adjust without the need of a bow press. The XT version uses the same platform as the regular Torrex but it has been equipped with a roller cable gaurd and shock pods. 

Hoyt has put some techniques to use that have been proven in their high-end bows.

HOYT TORREX TECHNOLOGY

FUSE™ CUSTOM STRINGS
The Hoyt Torrex equipped with a FUSE string- and cable set, a super solid pre-stretched set, stretched by a computer operated machine to prevent the peep from twisting and the string from stretching.

CAM & 1/2 SYSTEM
The so-called Cam & 1/2 systeem is perfectly balanced and a smooth draw cycle. Also, these cams have a solid, robust draw stop and “wall”.

PARALLEL SPLIT LIMBS
For the production of the Torrex, Hoyt used parallel split limbs. These limbs are lighter, more efficient and produce more arrow speed than a closed limb. These split limbs are also more durable, accurate and stronger than a conventional limb. According to Hoyt these limbs can endure at least 1000 dry fires with an 80# bow at 30″ draw length.

TEC-LITE RISER TECHNOLOGY
Hoyt is known for their strong handles. Their Tec-Lite handles are designed in a way that they can survive 1500 dry-fires without taking any damage. Not because they have to, but because this is one of Hoyt’s standards.

ROLLER CABLE GUARD
The Roller Cable Gaurd reduces friction and makes the draw cycle even smoother for more efficient performance.

SHOCK PODS
Hoyts innovative Shock Pods dampening system will take nearly all of the vibration out of the bow. A guaranteed silent shot.
