Product information "Astra Shot Trainer"

A shooting technique training aid to assist with a straight release while maintaining tension. The shot trainer has a sleeve that you put around your shooting arm. There is an adjustable loop on the sleeve that you attach to the string of your bow. When releasing the string, the shot trainer will be attached to your pulling arm. If you do not maintain tension during the release, the shot trainer will make you collapse. This feedback is ideal for learning to shoot with the so-called "Back Tension", or to simply build up strength.

For size, measure the thickest part of your arm. This determines which size you need. The sleeve should be tight.
