These arrows by Skylon are very usefull for archers with a longer drawlength, due to there 33inch shaftlength. Where most carbon shafts or arrows stop at 32inch, this Frontier arrow goes an inch longer which might be the difference you need. Ofcourse we can also cut these arrows to the desired length making this an arrow for all archers. These arrows are also lightweight, making it a fast arrow and with a inner diameter of .244 (6,2mm) lots of components from different brands fit the Frontier.
Standard we cut these arrows at the length of your choice and apply the inserts and points. If you don't want this, select the option 'Inserts and points seperately'. Very usefull when you want to use Protector Hats on your arrows.

Spruce wood shafting has a long tradition and a rich history in arrow making because it has excellent flight properties. This type of wooden shaft is particularly light in mass weight but it recovers quickly from the shot. Thus, the spruce wood stock is particularly suitable for use in 3D tournaments and for normal informal target shooting as well. Due to the lower arrow mass weight you get faster arrow speeds and flatter trajectories for more accurate shooting and, because of its excellent grain structure and inherent straightness, spruce wood shafts provide the perfect foundation for making the best wooden arrows.
Natural product
Because wood is a natural product, the wooden shafts differ from each other, in inner and outer characteristics mostly but but barely in diameter. For example, not all shafts are equally as straight, or stiff or heavy. The spine size is also not always the same, because of this wooden shafts are classified and sorted into categories with a margin of 5 lbs. To produce as many equal shafts all shafts are spined, checked on tears and breaks and aligned by hand.
Tailor-made
We deliver shafts in full length, 32 inch. For many people this is to long and the shaft will have to be shortened. For a small fee of €0,10 per shaft we will shorten your shafts to you desired length. We use a special sawing machine where we can be accurate to the millimeter.
For even better shooting results, we can sort the shafts by weight within a margin of one gram. We do this in groups of maximum 12 shafts. If you want more, we will divide it into groups whose weights are as close as possible to each other.

The TopHat Protector Ring is used to protect the shaft from impact. You can use it on the front and back of the shaft for optimal protection. The Protector Ring is placed onto a carbon shaft before the assembly of insert or nock. Thus, the durability of the carbon shaft after missed shots is increased significantly. Even with hits on hard objects, the Protector Ring will often prevent the destruction of the front part of the carbon shaft.
