This Tec X Maxx stabilizer set by Avalon is specifically designed for the high level recurve archer. The stabilizer is made of extra stiff 48-ton carbon to handle the shock of the bow and allow for great aiming. This stabilizer being only 13mm in diameter, it does not get affected by wind as much as it's thicker counterparts. The low mass weight of the stabilizer rod itself makes for more precise balancing of the bow, as you can shift around the weight easier with the added 4 ounces of weight on each rod.
