A button in the POWR line from Avalon. This button features a microclick system to adjust the spring tension. To easily view the adjustment there is a sight glass with markings, making it easier to consistently replicate the same tension. When the button is set correctly you can lock it with the lock screw. 
The button comes in a bag complete with several springs and all necessary tools.
